Tenika Simmons graduated from Texas Tech University and has been working in the education field for 9 years. The magic of learning for me, is in helping students find their confidence and understand the power and value of their voice.  Her favorite hobby is gardening. Her favorite children's book is The Babysitters Club series by Ann M. Martin. 

D'Mya Lewis

House: 

D'Mya Lewis graduated from Texas Tech University and has been working in the education field for 2 years. Learning is magical for her because she has the power to teach students things that they will use for the rest of their lives. Her favorite hobby is binge watching shows and looking at beautiful sceneries. Her favorite children's book is any Dr Seuss book and Junie B. Jones. 

Lourdes Orozco

Lourdes Orozco graduated from University of Texas Arlington and has been working in the education field for 17 years. Learning is magical for her when students respond to her lessons, and she sees their eyes light up! Her favorite hobby is putting together Lego. Her favorite children's book is The Giving Tree by by Shel Silverstein.
